• Manage voter contact lists and territories
• Plan and optimize canvassing routes
• Record door-to-door interactions and survey responses
• Track team performance and campaign metrics
• Integrate with third-party voter file providers

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Use the platform for voter suppression or election interference
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
• Scrape or collect data from our platform without permission

5. Data Ownership and Rights

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide our Services.

Our Platform

Door Knock and its licensors retain all rights to our platform, including software, designs, and proprietary algorithms. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

6. Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Suspend service for security or legal reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with notice

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOOR KNOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Door Knock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will be suspended
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 90 days
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
